I'd just like to thank you very much for looking after Tipper and Monty while we were away in Australia for 3 weeks. You gave me complete peace of mind that the cats would be fine and we were able to enjoy our holiday without worrying about them. Thanks also for grooming them and providing special treats because they were staying for such a long time.

The cats quickly settled in back at home - a true sign that they were absolutely fine in your care. I'd be more than happy to book the cats in again and recommend you to my cat-owning friends.

We have been using the Harpenden Cat Hotel for over 5 years and would not let our cats stay anywhere else. Whilst we live in London we are happy to drive out to Harpenden as we have found nothing comparable in London. Our two cats, Orry and Lily, always come home looking well fed and content. Those caring for them appear to really love animals, have made time to really get to know our cats and always remember them by name. I leave George and Ella at the Harpenden Cat Hotel approximately 2 or 3 times a year on average. I am always confident and happy that they will be well looked after and given plenty of attention. I was particularly impressed with the obvious genuine concern over my very nervous kitten on her first stay away from home. Staff made sure that both she and I were calm and happy before my departure. My older cat is an old hand staying at the cat hotel and they now both settle down immediately on arrival which always gives me peace of mind. The premises are always warm and cosy in winter but with ample fresh air available for cats who are used to the outdoors. I wouldn't mind staying there myself! - Liz Hewett
